A 30% deposit is required for all appointments at the time of booking and will be applied to the total cost of the service. The deposit is refundable if the appointment is cancelled at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. If the appointment is canceled within 48 hours of the scheduled time, or in the event of a no-show, the deposit will become non-refundable. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service or cancellation without refund.
